- Jailing businesses that hire illegal aliens
- Jailing politicians who harbor illegal aliens in Sanctuary Cities
- Fully fund ICE for years
Amending the FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) to:
- Allow any citizen who had a crime committed upon them by an illegal alien to be entitled to financial compensation from the Federal Government
- In the case of a democratic administration, States can sue the Federal Government for allowing illegal aliens to come into the Country
- Allow the Federal Government to sue Sanctuary Cities
- FORCE Mexico, via Congressional Sanction Power, to pay us for EVERY illegal alien that came into America
Bottom line:
When Sid Sharma is in Congress, America will CRACKDOWN on Illegal Immigration like the Proud Nation we are.

Sid is a 2nd Amendment Absolutist — which means: NO RESTRICTIONS.
The battle for the 2nd Amendment will be in the courts — NOT in Congress.
Sadly, if a regular citizen were to file a lawsuit, they would get dragged out in court for YEARS.
So what’s the plan??
- Sid will file a Firearm Lawsuit, ruling unconstitutional pistol permit requirements, pistol braces, bump stocks, etc.
- Sid will use his power as a Congressman to put PRESSURE (Impeachment) on judges to resolve the lawsuit quickly.
Sid will never compromise on your God-given right to defend yourself, your family, and your freedom.
The Constitution is clear: "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.
Sid just wants every American to remain free, armed, and sovereign.

- Cut taxes for ALL other brackets, as well as businesses
- Cut waste and balance the budget
- Simplify the code for families & small business
Why? Because they only account for 3% of the Nation’s revenue and when you factor in that we WASTED 30% of our revenue this year, we still have another 27% to save for those that make more.
The American Dream isn’t fueled by bloated government programs—it’s fueled by hard work, innovation, and the sweat/blood of men and women.
